Master Protection®
The Master Protection program is an extended powertrain warranty program that provides users protection from the cost of catastrophic failures of covered powertrain components. Unlike ordinary plans of this kind, Master Protection does not set a maximum dollar amount for claims or restrict the application of usage. The Master Protection program covers all parts and labor costs after you meet a small deductible amount. You may contract for one of three policy terms, one that's sure to be right for your operation.
Master Maintenance®
The Master Maintenance involves scheduled, on-site maintenance inspections at an agreed-upon rate. With this program, your Mitsubishi forklift truck dealer's technician helps identify potential problems before they become major, costly setbacks. The program pays for itself by reducing unplanned expenses caused by unexpected downtime and hidden costs.
Full Maintenance
The Full Maintenance includes all the benefits of Master Maintenance and, in addition, covers all designated repairs for one low monthly rate. This program allows you to focus on your core business by taking your company completely out of the forklift truck maintenance business. Your payment is based on your specific application requirements. It can also be combined with a full service lease - one payment for the forklift truck, maintenance and repairs.
